    Probably the best WYSIWYG html editor, if you are into that sort of thing, made by Macromedia.

Stone's Webwriter
    Nice freeware code based html editor, in homesite style, without the bloat. Recommended.

Allaire HomeSite
    Code based html editor, considered one of the best, getting a bit bloated lately. But still very good.

Evrsoft 1st Page 2000
    A great free html editor in the tratition set by Homesite (freeware, win95).

40tude html editor
    a professional HTML editor for Windows 95, 98 and Windows NT. 40tude HTML offers an amazing number of features that let you do webdesign the professional way (previously 1-4-All).

AceHTML
    Pretty decent code based html editor. Has all necessary features. Annoying popup window and banner ads at startup, registration required, in free version. Uncommon multiwindow interface.
